Step 1: Open Mobile “Settings”
The first thing is to navigate the mobile settings on your device and open it.
After you open the “mobile settings” you will be seeing all settings of your device i.e connection, sounds, vibration, Display, etc…
In the settings Search for App and open it.
Alternatively, you can also go there by clicking on the search icon at the top and searching for the app.
Step 2: Next Search for “MetaMask app”
When the “App Settings” is open you will be seeing all the apps that are installed on your device.
There look for the “MetaMask” app or click on the Search icon at the top and then search for MetaMask.
Step 3: Tap on the Storage and clear the data
The last step is to clear the data of the MetaMask app.
To do so, Go the Storage and tap on it.
Alternatively, you can also go directly there by pressing the MetaMask App icon.
A new pop-up will be open with “Select”, “add to home”, “uninstall”, “App info” options.
Tap on the “Info icon” and you will land on the page where you will be seeing all the settings of the MetaMask app then Tap on The Storage from there.
Before doing the next step make sure that you know your account credentials otherwise you will be lost your account.
Scroll to the bottom and then click on the clear data and clear cache after that restart your device and the error will be fixed.
